Sam Noritake

Sam joined FMS Financial Partners in 1999. She manages and leads the financial planning division of Paul Devore's office where she is responsible for maintaining client accounts and providing client support. Sam is highly experienced and knowledgable in many financial instruments as well as the full financial planning process. Sam holds her FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) and 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination) securities licenses. Originally from New Jersey, Sam moved to California at the age of 25. Sam loves to make greeting cards, paint and participate in Bible study.
