Brent Guttman

Brent Guttman is President and Managing Partner of FMS Financial Partners, Inc. and
Partners Insurance Services, Inc. Based in Encino, California, FMS is a service-focused
financial services firm and proud member of National Financial Partners (NFP), with
approximately 200 offices across the country. Through its partnership with NFP, FMS leverages
the resources and scale of one of the nation's leading financial services organizations to deliver
customized solutions with a personal touch.

Brent began his career in the financial services industry in 1992, launching from a small desk in
the corner of the FMS office while still finishing college. For more than three decades, he has
grown alongside the firm and his mentors, now his partners, building a practice rooted in long term
relationships and consistent, trusted service.

He brings deep expertise and resources across a wide range of financial disciplines, including life insurance, long-term care planning, estate planning, employee benefits, retirement and executive benefit plans, additional insurance strategies, and investment planning for individuals, families, and businesses. Brent is known for his analytical approach, dedication to client service, and ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts, empowering clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

Brent’s business clients especially value his ability to enhance employee benefit programs while
managing costs, reducing liability, improving employee appreciation and creating competitive
advantages to attract and retain talent. He also serves as a consultant to CPAs, attorneys, business
managers, and other professionals, offering technical insight and innovative financial strategies
tailored to their clients’ needs. Brent is a frequent speaker at corporate events, industry seminars,
and professional associations.

He earned his B.A. from California State University, Northridge, and is a Registered Representative with
Kestra Investment Services, LLC. Brent lives in Encino with his wife, Julie, and together they have raised
two sons, Cole and Jeremy. Active in his community, Brent has volunteered as a youth sports coach and
served on the boards of several local organizations.
