The founders of FMS Financial Partners, Inc. came together in 1974 and formulated the fundamental core values and principles for the firm. This centered around the concept that, unlike other insurance, financial planning and employee benefits companies, they wanted to be in business to "Represent" their clients, and do so at the highest levels of competence and professionalism.

Since that time, with the incorporation of FMS Financial Partners, Inc. in 1981, the firm has grown from being a pioneer in offering true, full financial planning to Business owners, professionals and affluent individuals, to the highly regarded financial services firm that it is today, by a strict adherence to those core values.

While in the early years, FMS brought useful information and ideas to clients, today, in the information age, FMS professionals help their clients assimilate the abundance of conflicting, sometimes inaccurate information to which they are exposed and provide experienced advice and direction to assist them in making sound, beneficial decisions for their families and businesses.

FMS was one of the first independent financial services firms to recognize the benefits of technology as a valuable tool to analyze, evaluate and compare the alternatives available to clients and to provide a superior level of service to them.
