Gary Madvin is a senior business development executive with broad-based experience and exceptional credentials. He serves as an advisor and consultant to a number of firms in diverse industries such as law, medicine software development, electronic design and manufacturing.

In 1981, he founded Financial Management Services, a pioneering company and one of the first on the west coast to enter the financial planning area. It has emerged into a large regional insurance firm and is recognized as a major contributor to the national firm of National Financial Partners. Mr. Madvin is  is a Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc.  FMS expanded through a California public offering in 1984 to include construction and other real estate activities. He continues to be a leading producer in insurance and securities sales. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a General Securities Principal.

Mr. Madvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Wayne State University in Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Ethics from California State University at Los Angeles. He is a guest lecturer at California State University at Northridge and has been an Instructor of Philosophy and Business Ethics at Valley College in Van Nuys, California. Mr. Madvin is a founding member of the Advisory Board to the center for Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the College of Business Administration and Economics at California State University, Northridge.
