Chad G. Charton joined FMS Financial Partners, Inc. in 2002 and serves as a licensed life, health, disability and long term care insurance broker. 

 

As the Vice President of Marketing Development, Chad is responsible for conducting extensive marketing and outreach efforts to identify candidates for the sophisticated and resourceful expertise offered by FMS Financial Partners, Inc.

 

Chad attended California State University, Northridge where he achieved a bachelors of science degree in business administration with a concentration in financial services. While at Northridge Chad was formally elected and served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Associated Students, Inc., the acting student governance organization at the University where he was responsible for advocating the interests of nearly 34,000 students. In August 2006, Chad was appointed by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to serve on the California Student Aid Commission, the principal state agency responsible for administering financial aid programs for students attending public and private universities, colleges and vocational schools in California. Further, Chad has served on the Board of Directors for the California State Student Association in addition to the National Board of Directors of Consumers for Competitive Choice, an alliance of consumer organizations with one million members throughout the United States who are committed to the development of a competitive and vibrant consumer market in the communications, energy, financial and health sectors. Chad also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association for California State University, Northridge which is the highest level of volunteer service within the University’s Alumni association. 

 

Chad is a registered first degree black belt with the world tae kwon do federation, is a active member of the Sigma Chi International Fraternity, the San Fernando Valley Jaycees and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
